Looking for an air to air mentor

Hi all,

Not sure what forum is suitable for this question, so here goes;

After flying dcs for two years I still suck at air to air (BFM, BVR). I literally am no better than two years ago. It’s getting rather frustrating. So I’m looking for someone willing to do some hands on mentoring in air to air combat. 
i asked at some squads I’m part of, but even in “request mentor” systems I’m being waved off with “watch some YouTube “
I’m EU based and I fly the viper.
