DCS printed manual order problem

I'm trying to order the printed manual from the DCS website but each time I get passed to protx I recieve the following error:

 

Status: INVALID

 

Status Detail: 3130 : The BillingState value is too long.

 

I sent the error to the email address suggested but have had no reply. Please help

Okay nevermind I sorted, just put my town and county in the City field and left the State field blank.
