How to change the time in mission editor

Hey guys, another noob question. I've been beating my head against the ground trying to figure out how to set the time when I make a mission in the mission editor. Can anyone set me straight?

In the Mission Editor, it is in the 'Briefing' menu. You can also set the date and season in the weather section.
