A small hint if you get slow Framerates during combat

Hi all,

I would like to share an experience which might help some people with low fps during combat. Don't know if it's been posted yet.

1. when shkval is on with wide view fps drops significantly, on my pc it's up to 20%.

2. when you only use narrow view it's only up to 10% because the pc doesn't have to calculate so much grafic input.

So if you fly around in combat, if you need the shkval, just use narrow view unless you really need wide view for searching. In wide view you have to zoom into the shkval anyway to see anything at all - this zooming in increases the fps again because the scenery does not need to be calculated. Worst fps for me is in cockpit max-zoomed out - shkval on and in wide view.

If your loss in FPS is so dramatic, you can also lower the cockpit resolution-Option, which decreases resolution of the ABRIS and SHKVAL to save up rendering time.
