Hey guys, I was wondering if there's a way to skip the first FAM flight for the first campaign in Blackshark?

I've restarted my campaign a few times and I can't really be bothered to fly around in a big circle for 40 or minutes once again..I was wondering if there's a line I can edit for my pilot profile or some way of just moving straight on to the next mission?

Also I was wondering if there's a possibility to change the startup options for a mission? I want to manually fire up my helicopter, it's kind of boring just starting the mission with everything already running.

You're given a few minutes before you're meant to take off before each mission anyway so that's more than enough time to fire up the Black Shark. It's not that important however, I mainly want to skip that first mission. Can't be bothered doing the FAM flight again!! :)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thought the new Georgian Oil of War 1.1 campaign does this better.

Actually I'm playing the old one because I finished this annyoing first mission and didn't want to do it again like you =>

Edit the deployment campaign and take that mission out using the campaign creator/editor?

Let me know how it goes Cionara..I'm slightly drunk so don't want to risk messing about with any games files at the moment :D

Probably a good idea.

Also, to change it from hot-start to cold-start edit each individual mission file in the Campaign folder VIA the in-game mission editor to "Start on Ramp" instead of "Start on Runway". A couple of the missions it is vital that you start-hot though, or you won't be able to complete the mission, so be careful of that.

I'm not a big fan of the 'start over if you die' thing. So, I back up my logbook folder after every completed mission.
