4c Hajduk Veljko Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 Well, zoom works, however, when I center the IR3, it also brings zoom to some default value! It puts my view sligthly down, so I can not see the whole HUD! I tried to change default view angle in view.cfg and view.lua, with no success! Anybody else having same problem? TekaTeka Posted April 9, 2005 Posted April 9, 2005 You have to edit \Config\View\snapviews.lua . You can set the view center for each aircraft. You find the lines like this and change the values. Snap[#][13]["vAngle"] = ???? # represents the aircraft type. Su-27 = 1 Su-33 = 2 Su-25 = 3 Su-25T = 4 MiG-29 = 5 A-10 = 7 F-15 = 8 To make the view center to the HUD, you use these values. Snap[1][13]["vAngle"] = 0 Snap[2][13]["vAngle"] = 0 Snap[3][13]["vAngle"] = -4.5 Snap[4][13]["vAngle"] = -1 Snap[5][13]["vAngle"] = 0 Snap[7][13]["vAngle"] = -7.5 Snap[8][13]["vAngle"] = -3 I hope it helps. 4c Hajduk Veljko Posted April 9, 2005 Author Posted April 9, 2005 Thank you! Will try that tomorrow! 4c Hajduk Veljko Posted April 13, 2005 Author Posted April 13, 2005 Well, setting snapviews values did not solve my problem. Indeed, if I turn off my TIR3, default view angle is what ever I set in snapviews.lua. So above example work WITHOUT Track IR3. As soon as I turn on (enable) my TIR3, it zooms my cockpit view in to approximately 30 to 40 degrees cockpit angle. It appeares that TIR3 has its own view agle setting somewhere. But where is it?
