where do I get support for my invalid serial number‏

Ive had to reinstall my OS and DCS:BS. When I try to activate my copy of BS the activation program tells me that my serial number is invalid. I contacted Star-Force tech support and after verifying that I am running the most recent copy protection software they told me to contact the publisher because "Serial number management is fully up to them." I tried to send an email to support & webmaster @DigitalCombatsimulator.com but both got bounced back. Do I contact The Fighter Collection or Eagle Dynamics about this problem?? Ive searched on the forums for a resolution but all the post say that I should contact Star-Force which hasnt really worked out. :cry:

That forum section is called "Payment & Activation".

 

In the meantime, ensure that you are actually inputting your serial number, not a transaction number or similar. If you purchased the download version from here, you should find your serial number in a location like this:
