Bolar Posted October 11, 2009 Posted October 11, 2009 I had to reinstall VIsta on my computer and was unable to deactivate Black Shark. I have tried the "forgot your password" on the main page and have not received anything. Also I sent emails to activation@digitalcombatsimulator.com and support@digitalcombatsimulator.com of which my first email I sent was on 10/04/09 and haven't received anything from DCS. Also the last email I sent was a copy of my transaction with The Fighter Collection, proof of my purchase on December 11 2008. What do I need to do to get my log in so I can download Black Shark again and play the game I paid for.
