Bee_Sting Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 the new patch that is coming out will the ships at sea be able to pitch and roll like in real life? i love to carrier land and the only thing that's missing is the rolling of the ships at sea. also will the black shark be able to contact the ships for location and landing instructions? i know that the black shark can't be made to respawn on ships,it would be nice if they can. if the land on them why not start on them.(the cobra and huey). they both can use the LHA ships as a platforms to launch attacks. what always bothered me was that if u launch off with an AI off a ship,he is right next to you,but multiplayers have to waite until others takeoff. the decks of carriers they can launch off 3 or 4 at time. i love the eagle gaming but the ships to me seem to limited.
EtherealN Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 (edited) It's not a 2.0 for Black Shark, it's Flaming Cliffs 2.0. The Black Shark is not flyable in FC2.0 (but the product is multiplayer-compatible with DCS:BS). Questions about Ka-50 interaction with ships isn't relevant for that reason. Also, it's not really a "patch", it actually upgrades LockOn Flaming Cliffs to a whole new generation of the TFC Simulation Engine. It would therefore be better to call it an upgrade or an expansion.
