I bought the DCS:Blackshark software awhile back and had problems getting it running. Come to find out it was and activation problem, once solved I was able to play the game. I made a major change to one of my disks and I am now again with the same problem. I can not find my activation numbers and need your help. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. When I invoke the program I get the music but then I get an error message of a launcher.exe error. I need to reactivate my prgram but I need your help in doing so.

If you purchased DCS:BlackShark from the digitalcombatsimulator.com website, all you need to do to retrieve your serial number is to log in to that site with the account you used to purchase the software, click "Files" then "Products", and you will see your serial number there.

It should look something like this:

The launcher.exe error is probably something else, though. Could you go to the DCS Problems and Bugs section and describe the problem in a thread there, in as much detail as possible? Preferably with a DxDiag output file.
