zakobi Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 Yesterday i discovered DoctorK's great RaMGen, but i might ask a bit stupid, when i ask how to use your own pilot for the campaign generator :helpsmilie:
zakobi Posted January 11, 2010 Author Posted January 11, 2010 Can anyone help? How did you get other pilots except "Pilot 1"??
Mugenjin Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 create a pilot in flaming cliffs, exit, then just choose that pilot in ramgen
zakobi Posted January 11, 2010 Author Posted January 11, 2010 I can only see pilot 1 :( *edit* may downloading it again fix it? better try...

Brit_Radar_Dude Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 Not used RaMGen myself so pardon my ignorance if I am asking obvious questions, but can you not just open the generated mission using the Mission Editor, declassify it if it is classified, then change the pilot name to whatever you want..... [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Sorry Death, you lose! It was Professor Plum....
zakobi Posted January 12, 2010 Author Posted January 12, 2010 I don't know haw RaMGen work exactly, but it's something with you choose your pilot and then it creates a random mission for the campaign. Then depending on your action (time, loses, kills etc...) then front-line move forth or backwards, or stay for that matter.
DoctorK Posted January 12, 2010 Posted January 12, 2010 Hi, The problem happens when you moved Lockon files from the installed location. Ramgen tries to find those files at the location described in the registries which can not reflect the move. So, you can update the registries to solve it. The key is "Path" in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On 1.1" Please edit it to the current path. Sorry for your inconvenience.

zakobi Posted January 12, 2010 Author Posted January 12, 2010 ok, i got home from school now. Is it in xml-file "Setup" i should find the line and change? Should the download have been placed in the installation folder of Lo-FC?
