Hello, :helpsmilie:

 

My retail DCS Black Shark game from Amazon.com does not have an activation serial printed on the back cover. I know another person has had the same issue and was able to get a serial by contacting the support email address, so I sent an email with photos showing manual and packing slip to the tech support email about 5 days ago but have had no response. Any advice on how i can get help to get a activation serial. Thank you

Have you verified that a response did not get eaten by a spam filter?

E-mails don't get automatically re-sent due to the spam filter being turned off - rather, you should (if this is possible) browse through the records of your "spam box" if your filter was previously set to keep filtered messages on file.

 

If it was not set to keep filtered messages on file, there is no way for you to verify whether a reply got stuck in the filter.

 

I've forwarded your case though, and hopefully the support people will be on your case soon. Note though that the support department is catching up from the holiday backlogs, and it is currently a weekend, so it might be a day or three. But usually a non-response over several days turns out to be a case of spam filters eating the mails.

Thank you for your responce.

 

I did not turn on the filter it was a default setting but it is off now, also the spam log only holds 3 days worth so any emails are long gone. I will be happy to wait 3 or 4 days to hear anything due to weekend etc... Thank you

I've dealt with a similar issue recently. But I'm unsure it was yours one. Please re-send your email.

No email with serial has arived yet

 

Hello,

I am writing again because no emails about my activation serial have arrived. I re-sent my email using a different email address in hopes to get a responce if a spam blocker is causing a problem. I forwarded it to both the old and new activation email addresses. I hope this helps get the issue solved. Thank you

We haven't got any new emails from you.

 

Two emails has missed you. It could be somebody's else filters. Mailbox provider's for example. To my mind there are constant problems with emails sent to comcast.net
