Serial Number Help Needed

I recorded a serial number when I first bought this game many months back. That serial number is not working now, same PC, but OS has been reloaded many times. Yes my copy is valid and legal but I can't use my serial number for some reason? What are my options? I've looked online and see my transacation number for purchase but no serial number. thanks

I found a post with a screenshot that shows when you go to the products page your serial number is listed there. All is good now. Thanks
