Start mission with Ka-50 engine started

probably a silly question - but how do i make it so that the chopper is already up and running when the mission starts

 

I would like to make a mission where I don't have to wait for the start up procedure (i'm crashing a lot because i'm new!)

choose 'start from runway' as when you place the ka-50 in the editor.
