I open this thread because I finally understand how the customer support of ED.

Unfortunately I sold out, due to many technical problems and formatting, activation keys for my BS. Are already two times that I write to customer support but have not received any response for help.

I find myself now unable to use simulator that I regularly paid

because I have exhausted the Key available.:(

I understand that this is a way to keep piracy to avoid fraudulent use of the game, but is also a big limitation for us users who pay $ .39,99 to buy this game.:mad:

I pay the other $ 39.99 to buy another key? I honestly do not find it right!

Sorry, but there is a special section for this kind of stuff and it's that specific section that the IT dept. looks at for this kind of stuff. ;)

 

But no, you do not need to buy it again. There can be many reasons why you do not have a response yet, including ISP filters (anything passing through the comcast network f.ex seems to get eaten). Also, respectfully, your english is not always the most easy to parse. Remember that most people handling this also has english as their second (or sometimes even third) language, so there is a double language barrier that we need to overcome.
