Model Help: .m3d -> .3ds

Hi everyone,

 

i got a certain model file, which was made in a/the daughter software of 3D Max7. This file is in .m3d format and want to import it into 3d max7. Is there a good way, to somhow get this .m3d file coverted, that i can import it? That would help a lot and save a lot of work.
