  1. Was everyone in formation on MT? I hear that this issue is not in the ST version of DCS. EDIT: So far I've heard from 11 people having the same issue, all on MT.
  2. The faster, the more intense. Track in attachment. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRRHHcaogVE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nAVYvqliALI Grayflag Persian Gulf A-20231020-110950.trk
  3. First qusetion: What you ask is, from what I know, not possible so I will give you the standard answer. If you are only adding/modifying your name on the cockpit for customization, you only need to change the fuselage part (DIFF 1) of that livery. Unless you fly sorties with 40+ jets on a single airbase lining up for departure, don't worry about performance drop due to liveries. Second question: How I've seen many virtual squadrons do it: Create the batch of liveries, throw it as a package on Google Drive or whatever and send everyone a notice with the link of it. If you update liveries at some point, create another pack that's identical to the previous one just with updated textures and description.luas so it's easy to overwrite the old pack. I don't know anything about a poissible fallback livery. If you have a livery others don't, for them you will have the default livery of the Hornet.
  4. With these argument values, you can fine tune what bort numbers show. If you set Tail, Flaps and nose to 0.0, you get this result for instance:
  5. After updating with today's patch, I noticed a weird behaviour with the Hornet liveries(Viper too as a matter of fact). If you select a custom livery, all bort numbers, even those that are hidden with the description.lua, are now showing up. Note the "10" all over the aircraft on positions, it isn't intended. If you toggle through the list and select the Blue Angels livery, which has no bort numbers, they disappear, as intended. Now switch back to the previous livery and poof, all bort numbers gone. Is this a recurring bort number bug or has something changed within DCS livery files that I missed?
  6. Does this update work on a default WH throttle? Never done such a firmware update.
  7. Was reported as a bug. Fingers crossed it's fixed soon.
  8. For the Israel liveries the tail numbers are not showing anymore(see screenshot attached). For all F-16C liveries, the board numbers on the intake are not showing anymore.
  9. Any indication when the template might be released?
  10. Try deleting your shader cache. It's recommended after every bigger update(I'm doing it after every update because I'm paranoid). You'll find it here: C:\Users\*Username*\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta To make sure it's being regenerated with the new patched version, I delete Data, fxo, Logs and metashaders2.
  11. I only read about this just now. Good timing as I'm re-flying it again after a couple years, apparently for the very last time. Sad to see it fade out but I can understand the reasons behind it.
  12. In mission two, almost immediately on mission start, the emergency forces drive off to the western part of the airfield despite the C-130 still being on approach. After the hot mic sequence, the mission seems to be stuck with the follow me still on the taxi-way(I sped up the time and waited 30 minutes). Even rolling around the follow me and taking off, the mission seems to be stuck. I remember this mission from a couple years ago where the C-130 crashes first with the emergency forces then driving to it. Can someone else please double check? Running the newest version of the DCS Open Beta. Thanks.
  13. Before rolling(either taxing or take-off) fully cycle all controls. This might fix some future tracks in regard to obvious lack of inputs within the track.
