activation problem

i am trying to activate the fc but i have this error : this application can be launched with a release verrsion of microsoft windows95/98/me/xp/server only

 

any idea of what the problem is???

 

my pc is running mac osx and i run vmware with win xp home sp2 (genuie) before the install of the fc the lock on was ok and running perfect now i can not activate at all

to be honest i did not find something :(:(

ok i make a new windows install upgrade to sp3 but the same again :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: i am very very ungry with the starforce sh....

Mhhh you say you're using vmware, I don't know if Starforce works with it, I bet it doesen't. Original LO doesen't use Starforce but Flaming Cliffs does. You could try to activate from Starforce webpage or from a pc with a non-virtualized windows if you manage to do that.

 

You can also use bootcamp and install Windows there, this way it is not virtualized.
