FC2.0 Resolution less then 1024X768 ?

Anyone knows how to set the resolution down to 600X800 ?

 

Im using this low res on our server where there's no need to run the game in full screen

 

I have tryed to change the settings in Config/graphics.cfg but it dosen't seem to have any effect at all, no matter what i write.
