F-10 map and externals off problem

Is there any way of having F-10 map without any icon (not enemies, not allies and not my own aircraft) at the same time of having externals off?

 

At this moment, both FC2 and DCS:Ka-50 allows F-10 map and externals off but you need, minimum, to click the option of seeing you'r own aircraft. But I want just a map, like a paper map (no icons).

 

Any server side mod?
