kobac
And nobody of you no virus alert? Strange. The problem I could solve if I able to insert Modman file to the exclusion list/objects, but KIS clears it before I have time to put it to the list. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]Everything is possible ... kobac
I sent to Kaspersky technical support, description of the problem, so we'll see what the next few days to respond. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]Everything is possible ...
LawnDart
Seems to me most AV software nowadays are so antiquated and provide little protection vs. adding more issues to deal with (such as false positives after running ones updates). Unless you surf suspicious and high risk sites (i.e. file sharing etc.), the chances of getting infected with something your AV will find is relatively small... The computer just runs so much better without AV too! That said, I don't mind AVG, avast etc. since they don't eat your memory and add another layer of protection for a small price. kobac
I believe you are right, and that I could not wait anymore, so I disconnected from NET, turned off KIS, installed ModMan 7.2 and added MM to the KIS exclusions list. Now I use it normally. Yes it was a false alarm, today I received confirmation from KIS labs. Edited May 22, 2010 by kobac new info [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]Everything is possible ...
