Pitch Trim Axis - Saitek X52

I'm having a trouble setting a X-52 axis to the Pitch Trim.

 

I check the Axis in control panel and it works fine. Also if I assign the same axis to other function (like Radar Tilt) it works fine. But when I set it to Pitch Trim, it doesn't work.

 

Any clue?
