AGM65 Firing when Cycling Through Weapons?

Once in a while, my AGM65 missile fires by itself when I cycle through the different weapons using D key as soon as the AGM65 is selected. Anyone else have this problem? I didn't have this in FC 1.12b..

Can you post a track? Also what version D or K?

I always fly the A-10 and NEVER had that problem.

 

I assume that you know that you have to press the fire button for 2 seconds to fire a Maverick, so may be you have a jammed Joystick fire button or Keyboard fire button ?

Maybe its time for cleaning the buttons ?

 

Try to use another joystick and if this problem still exists change the keyboard. It might help to find the cause.

I'll have to check whether it's D or K but it's whatever is loaded with quickstart in FC2.0.

 

I too NEVER had this problem until I went from FC1.12b to FC 2.0. It's not a jammed joystick as the none of the buttons are pressed, just the keyboard key "D" to cycle through weapons. When the cycle reaches the AGM, sometimes it just fires by itself (immediately...no 2s pause).
