  1. Check this out. THIS is how you knife edge my friends! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZZ84uJy48c
  2. Hi Sobek, the cables looked ok but hard to tell. Do you know if the T1 and T3 buttons use common cabling?
  3. My T1 and T3 buttons on my G940 are intermittent. It seems like they are intermittent at the same time meaning when T1 isn't working, T3 isn't working either and vice versa. I can't seem to figure out what triggers this problem. It just goes away by itself then happens again randomly. Is anyone else having similar problems and if so is there a solution? At first, I thought it was the buttons getting dirty so I opened up my throttle and cleaned the buttons with alcohol but that doesn't seem to be the problem....
  4. Please don't forget the SU25-T G940 roll left issue. In addition to the KA-50 trim swap issue, there is a SU25T roll left issue when FF is enabled for G940 users. Thanks...
  5. Is not using them simultaneously based on honor system?
  6. I have good news. I received notice today from ED Support that this bug is fixed in upcoming version 1.2.3.
  7. I need some crackers to go with that video!
  8. That's really nice Ricardo, are you planning to do a Russian version too?
  9. With a FF stick like G940 (with a piece of tape covering the optical grip sensor) you don't get the bump because the stick will physically remain in the trimmed position instead of going back to center vertical position even if you let go of the stick after trimming....as in the real KA50. However, there is still a bump for rudder trimming even for FF users because there is a bug where central trimming mode doesn't work for the rudder when FF is enabled for the joystick (central trimming mode gets disabled even for rudder when FF is enabled for joystick). For rudder, as soon as trim button is released, it adds the amount of physical rudder displacement instantaneously to the trimmed amount causing the bump. I reported this to ED many years ago but it was ignored most likely because they didn't understand what I was trying to say. At any rate, all of this is moot for G940 users right now with latest version of DCS currently due to another unrelated trim axes bug where the work around is to disable FF....
  10. it doesn't happen as long as you don't use "every frame" for cockpit displays...
  11. Well it works for me and everyone else. Perhaps you have a different problem.
  12. Suchacz is correct. It is a bug introduced with the last DCS update.
  13. Thanks but I know there are special switches and such for some of the menu items. What I"m saying is that when I uninstalled BS1 (since I only needed it to install BS2 module), it uninstalled all my startmenu "all programs" Eagle dynamics items. I'd like to get them back....
  14. I installed DCS World and all modules (which includes BS2 upgrade from BS1). All of my Windoews (windows 7) starmenu items were there including "check for updates" which was great. However, when I uninstalled BS1, all of my DCS start menu items dissappeared. This seems to be a bug. Anyway, how do I rebuild my startmenu items without reinstalling everything? Thanks.
  15. I'm very disappointed. the problem has been here too long for us G940 users. For SU25T pilots, there is an additonal bug where the plane rolls left in addition to the trim bugs in SU25T and KA50. I opened a ticket for these the day 1.2.2 came out but still nothing. In addition, all tickets I've opened for 1.2.1 were closed without being addressed albeit they were minor. The 1.2.2 G940 bug is really a grounding issue for many as there was no problem for years with FC/FC2/BS1/BS2 until 1.2.2 came out. It's just not the same flying without FF on because the default centering spring strength is too strong on the G940 and I just cannot get used to it after all the years of flying with FF on. I mean the sim feels completely different and not fun anymore. I really hope ED fixes this with high priority.
  16. Are the G940 issues fixed? I don't see mention of it.....
  17. Hi Devrim, I think I misunderstood. I think you are saying you are working on the blue pit from external view now it it doesn't exist yet. I just tried it and see that the pit is still grey from external view like the attached screenshot. Great Blue Pit though, I like it a lot.
  18. Great blue pit. Is there a way to give a blue pit from external view as well?
  19. This stops the roll but now the plane dives downwards. I can use level-flight autopilot and get the plane to fly level temporarily but as soon as I disengage level flight autopilot, the plane dives downwards again. Thanks but this doesn't seem to be a viable solution. I hope ED gets to this quickly. It's been almost a month now since I haven't been able to fly properly..
