Air-Air Refueling

Anyone worked out how to get connected to the KC10? I can't find any training videos or anything covering it in the manual. As soon as I get close I just get a break away call...

Need slow closure with probe out, around 10kts overtake. Training vids for FC1.12 on FlankerTraining.

Did try it in FC2.0. It works fine.

 

Refueling itself :

Open refueling door.

Establish yourself about 600ft behind tanker.

Rule of thumb is about 5 knots overtake per 100ft behind.

Connect at walking pace with a steady ship.

 

If you have too much overtake, go too far forward or are out of parameters you'll get a breakaway call.

I'll check the flanker training track out. I'm getting breakaway when stabilised 100ft back from the boom.
