Have been enjoying the hell out of the campaign missions HUGE improvement over old Lomac.

 

Well, I just did mission two where you escort a transport to its airfield.

I maintained formation all the way even on final approach as it landed, almost causing me to stall and crash.

 

Pontiac (the transport) radio'ed this message through: "Thanks for the company boys, we'll manage the taxi on our own thank you".

 

So I turned for home, and then after a while this message pops up: "Mission failed, you failed to maintain formation with Pontiac".

 

Well, I'm having a bad day, otherwise I probably would not have bothered to complain...

Wait until it reaches it's parking spot, then RTB.

Well, I do like the fact that the took the sound effect from Dues Ex and used it for when a mission or mission event is completed.

 

Brings back many happy memories.

 

About the mission: well, it will have to wait for another day, can't be bothered going through the whole thing again right now.

It worked for me on the third attempt, I certainly didn't wait for him to park any of the times.

 

Maybe make sure that you're close he gives the "we're ok" signal.

...or both Deus Ex and FC2 used sound resources from the same commercial sound pack. :P
