Campaign Editor question

I got a quick question about stages in the campaign editor. I know that if you assign 2 or missions with the same value range then its a random selection correct? Is it possible to make it so all 3 missions in a stage must be accomplished to move on? Now on to the value range im assuming its the range that pops up as 0-100. Now if i set all 3 missions to 90 only one will be selected for that stage correct? Now where is the range value from? How does it tie into the mission and advancement of the campaign? I read that a value lower than 49 will advance you backwards and 51 or higher will advance to the next stage. Im just curious as to how these values are met or not met?
