AGM-65D sensor mod?

Hello :)

 

Is it possible to modify the sensitivity of the AGM-65D's sensor to pick up targets of a smaller size? If so, where would such a thing be done? I'm interested in restoring the ability to acquire SA-13's and SA-9's at longer range, as pre-patch.
