cant use trackir5 in dcs 1.0.2!

Well, maybe you need to update the TrackIR to the latest version first - and then download the latest "games updates".

Do you have the latest version? As you can see here, in the TrackIR part:

Yes, we can use it quite fine. It would have been quite catastrophic if everyone couldn't use TrackIR.

Have you rebooted after upgrading to the latest version?

 

When you patched to 1.0 (clean) -> 1.0.2, there may be some files that remains, you may have to clean those out:

- C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Eagle Dynamics\Ka-50

Or

- C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\Ka-50

Clean those files away, reboot and let's see if it works after that.

What USB port do you have the unit connected to, and is this a powered USB port? Note that on some computer cases the front ports do not have sufficient power to power some units - safest would be to have the unit connected to the rear ports since these are guaranteed to have the best power connections to your motherboards power rails.

I had a similar issue a few times, I had to change which USB port I was using. One of the USB-ports made it work only sporadicly.

If you use a USB HUB - try to bypass it - and use a port directly on your PC.

Okai, you must calm down - I understand that it is frustrating, but your behaviour is not contructive for solving the problem.

I suggested you trying to switch the ports, because TrackIR and the USB ports will reconfigure itself, making it easier for applications to redetect it.

I second panzertard's suggestion, change to another usb port, and please confirm your trackir axis are set in the settings menu (I had that problem as well)
