TrackIR not recognized after Patch 1.2.1

I can't figure out why FC2.0 won't accept my TIR4 anymore after I applied the latest patch.

The options menu should look like this

 

but it looks like this

 

The column for TIR doesn't show any options, can't select a function there.

I read this thread

I reinstalled both Lock-On 1.0 and FC 2.0 and patched it with 1.2.1, and even reinstalled my TIR4 software.

I tried it with the default Black Shark profile and with a custom made, no luck yet.

 

I'm running TIR Software 4.1.037 B (which worked fine with FC2.0 before the patch 1.2.1 !)

Any suggestions ?

Have you already updated your TIR software as mentioned in the patch read me? Open the TIR software > Update > Check for Game Updates...
