FC2 - german version

I'm sorry that I have to open up a thread but I can't find the information, if a german version of FC2 comes out?

I searched this forum and the internet, and I read posts that there will be a german version and I found posts that state, that there will be no german version.

 

So whats the point?

Will there come a german version or not?
