I am looking for pretty long (>=20min) recordings of military radio chatter/comms.

I think this is THE site for what you are looking for. Recordings of Red Flag exercises in Nevada. Good long recordings - some are over an hour long. I start them playing in Media Player before I crank up Lockon. Works well and adds to the atmosphere.

 

Some of the recordings have British (hurrah!) AWACS, some have other foreign air forces voices too (Spanish?, Saudi?, German?).

 

My favorite is the Red Flag 2004-3 MIG channel recording, the female controller has a cute voice...
