I've just installed my first sim (Black Shark through Steam) and am working on getting to know the controls and program my g940 before my Trackir arrives. The problem I'm having at the moment is I cant move my head to look around items. I've checked my keys and goggled to no avail. What is the default key to look around items in the cockpit. I can look left, right, up, down etc but cant move my head around the cyclic. I've either missing something simple or have a conflict issue I cant see. Thanks. DTWD Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 Not sure precisly what it is, but I think you press the right mouse button (either just once to switch it on, or continuesly) and move the mouse. Not sure, but I am sure I disabled it somehow so it didn't intefere with Track Ir. I remember doing something to do with disabling something to do with the mouse all those moons ago when I got BS...I am sure I did...I am doubting myself now...hmmm Regards [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Rattlesnake Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 (edited) ALT C will give you 3 modes of vision and movement for the cockpit. 1 View with mouse movement showing cursor 1 where there is no cursor and 1 where the cursor allows switch selection. Just toggle ALT C for the modes. Middle mouse wheel for view magnification. I think head movement is also defaulted to the POV on most sticks. Edited July 17, 2010 by Rattlesnake 1

norm Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 also you can assign keys to head axis movement, I use control up/down arrow for up/down left/right for left/right, and shift up/down for fore and aft.
