minus_273c Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 Does anyone have experience running Black Shark across 3 screens? I'm trying to run across 3 x 2560x1600 displays configured as a single 8064x1600 display (extra pixels are from bezel correction). I've also tried at lower widecreen resolutions. The first problem I hit is that only half the radial menu is available within the launcher, which means I can't go further. I appreciate i may have performance problems (specs follow) but my plan is to go for max resolution then trim back until it runs ok. Specs. 3 x DELL 30" WFP3006 WFP driven by ATI 5970 Intel 9650 Extreme 3Ghz overclocked to 3.87Ghz 8Gb RAM Win7 Ultimate 64bit Grateful for any advce.
hassata Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 I've come across many threads in the past re such problems and their solutions. Check these threads: http://forums.eagle.ru/search.php?searchid=2448085 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Im using the TH2G to combine 3 1280x1024 monitors into 1 3840x1024 In game I select the Shkval+Camera+ABRIS option which dedicates the Left monitor to the Shkval the Center monitor to your typical 1280x1024 view and the Right monitor to the ABRIS.. It is the coolest thing ever But I digress If I had to guess I think your problem might have to do with the bezel management? Try disabling that for now and see what you get.. And may I recomend that you try the Shkval+Camera+ABRIS option over trying to improve your peripheral vision with the wider screen.. in that there aint much to see left and right anyways what with the cockpit canopy.. But having a ZOOMED Shkval and ABRIS dedicated to a monitor does have its advantages!! ;)
