braden Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 hello FC2 patch 1.2.1, WinXP x86 i remapped screenshot (under F-15C->General)=Z, and FPScounter=X. In game, flying F15, pressing X or Z do nothing. any tricks to get them to work? cheers
AustinN360 Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 z and x are rudder keys. what you would have to do is to unmap the keys from these and try again.
braden Posted August 1, 2010 Author Posted August 1, 2010 FC2 automatically unmaps keys when they're assigned to something else. Z is now mapped to screenshot, X is mapped to show FPS. Z and X are NOT mapped to anything else under the F15->All controls. In game, Z and X do nothing (no screenshots get saved to the screenshot folder). Z/X are not invoking rudder left/right I have installed FC2 on the same PC twice, in two different folders: one for winXP x86 and one for win7 x64. Same problem occurs under both o/s
