Incomplete order

I have ordered on july 16th, the FC2 flight manual and the english CD FC2 addon.

 

This morning I received only the FC2 manual. I wonder why my order is incomplete, despite this quite long waiting time... Any explanation ?

 

I'm waiting for my addon...

Hi,

 

I recommend to not order products from lockon.co.uk site directly, because the support is very bad when something goes wrong with the order. Since 6th of july 2010 I'm waiting for my copy of flaming cliffs 2 english cd version. The status on the lockon.co.uk site shows: Sent on 07-07-2010. But unfortunately I still wainting for delivery. On 07/23/2010 I received an email reply to my question, how long does it take?. email reply: "Usually it takes about a week-two in the EU. Please be patient, most mail order companies state that orders will be received 'within 28 days '. If nothing arrives till 4 August, please let us know. " After this time period I have tried to get in contact with the lockon team again, but I received no further reply until today.

 

Now lockon.co.uk have my money and I've got nothing. Now I think about how I get my money back. Thanks lockon team for the bad support until today! :mad:

I tried to get in contact with the lockon team, again. No reply by lockon team. No delivery of my paid flaming cliff 2 english cd version.:mad:

Wow, you've gone 31 days without being sent your copy? This is why I ALWAYS go retail, even if it costs a lot more. I'd rather pay an extra 10 dollars just so I could hand someone money, and be handed my purchased item in return.

 

Of course I bought the download version of FC2 though, because I don't think the disk version was available yet. I was given my key and everything instantly.

 

Do you have some sort of tracking code for shipment? At this point...it's impossible to tell if it's ED's fault, or the shipping center.

So let's dig in the details : I received from ED a packet with only the FC2 manual; I presume they only forgot to add the CD, I do not see any reason why they would dispatch the delivery into 2 different packets !!

 

Therefore I do think there is a high probability of a logistic fault from E.D...

Today I've got my flaming cliffs 2 cd version by the local post company. My lockon.co.uk order history says "sent on 07-07-2010" but the timestamp of the cambridge mail company is the 29th of july 2010. The lockon team has really a logistic problem, but anyway now I can play the great flight simulation.
