Hardcharger Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Hey all, A friend of mine bought DCS black shark through "The fighter collection" and did not recieve his license key. All he got was an order number and transaction number. They don't return emails. What can he do? Any suggestion? Thanks, Steve
EtherealN Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 When you say through "the fighter collection", do you mean through Digitalcombatsimulator.com, or fighter-collection.com? Is this boxed or download? If it was ordered through the former, log in to the site and navigate like the picture below: Also, note that if he uses Comcast it is very possible that e-mails have been responded to, but Comcast decided that everything coming from russia is spam. This is a common problem with customers using the comcast network, unfortunately. I have alerted the staff to your case, though. Tez Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Actually we successfully communicate every day with our users who has comcast mailboxes. But the fact is, there are problems in email delivery sometimes (both directions). Regarding the serial number. Sticker with it should be on the back of the quick start guide (a small booklet). Otherwise please ask your friend to send a request with issue description to activation@digitalcombatsimulator.com mailbox. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] =653=Tez
