Is there any vehicle can speed up the RELOAD time?

Is there any "supply vehicle" can speed up SAM reload time in FC2? I've once heard of that, but I can't find it out, I'm doubting if there really have these "supply vehicle" functions. Any one can help?

I don't think there's anything that can speed it up, but I think for a vehicle that's completed depleted its ammunition to reload at all, it needs supply vehicles nearby. I've never really known exactly which vehicles are considered "supply" vehicles though. I normally just place a bunch of trucks of various types.

in precedent versions the Osa needed a vehicle i don't think any vehicle could increase reload time , only a developper could answer .. the only thing i know it's that when a SAM is out of ammo , it reloads after an amount of time which depends on the vehicle skill level (works for Kub at least)
