In recent days I've been enjoying flying the Su-27 with thrust split over two axes on the pedals on my wheel (I use the rudder on my Saitek X-45). With all that power and agility to play with it's great fun.

The Su-25, in comparison, is a bit of a slug. But the AFM is so addictive I found myself messing about with it for longer than I planned today. Ok, it's a bit boring in the horizontal, but with thrust to the engines separated, a heavy hand on the rudder, and the luxury of re-starting when you die (regularly!), the horizontal can be an entertaining place to "hang" around in.

I also discovered that now the trk view editing in 1.1 seems to be perfect. It remembers *every* change of camera view/angle/movement. Before this could be very hit and miss. That's a great help to movie makers.

Anyway, the results of my messing about are at http://www.andrew.mcp.dsl.pipex.com/Friday_13th_Part_X.zip

You might want to CTRL A through a lot of it, but I've tried to edit the views so it's not too dull between the interesting bits.

And remember, every good pilot must try to leave his aircraft neatly in the parking area ;-)

PS It's only a 1.3Mb file

PPS Just discovered that because it's just the 25 it works in the demo as well. The only thing missing is the right skin and the smoke pods, though the smoke works fine. While running it in the demo I was reminded that I normally fly with the cockpit warning slider turned all the way down. I don't like being nagged constantly when throwing aircraft around :-)
