Hi

i've got a problem to activate my black shark

i've insert the correct serial number but i receive this message:

 

Activation denied by server. The Serial Number entered has not been found in the activation server database. Make sure the Serial Number is not mistyped and try again.

 

I've tryed also with the starforce page but i see this message:

Please help me.....i try to contact dcs with thei mail (support@digitalcombatsimulator.com) but i've receive no response

Is it a boxed version, or a D/L version?

If you got a D/L version, you can recheck your serial at the DCS site, log in and check here:
