zakobi Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 I don't have a GTX 470, but what are you resolution (perhaps even the size of your screen). Seeing that FC2/DCS isn't heavy on the GPU, i'm pretty sure you can put some high settings on.
EtherealN Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Well, considering that my old 9800GTX+ can do 16x AA and 16x AF with no real FPS impact... Just max it out. :P Caveat tho: don't necessarily expect phenomenal results if you use SuperSampling AA instead of MultiSampling. SSAA is a massive resource hog. GaryIKILLYOU Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 O_o I though SSAA INCREASED performance...? My Specs:Win 10 Pro 64bit/ i7 6770K 4.5Ghz/32GB DDR4/ GTX 1070 SC/Samsung SSD Warthog Stick/TWCS Throttle/TrackIR 5
topdog Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Neither mode increases performance over not using them at all, but of the two, supersampling is the higher quality setting and multisampling is the higher performing setting.
