Freeze, then crash on multiplayer during low level flight

Every time when i put my a/c below 500 metres (sometimes, just above ground) it crashes after 3 or 4 minutes, but when flying high nothing happens. This happens on regular basis..

Once happened me in MiG-29S when i tried to evade high hill, and same thing while on F-15C

 

 

Note: Error.log is created later than error.log, and in just before freeze/crash occurs.

Note#2: No mods installed

No, i didn't touch anything around voltages and freq's... And temperature levels are nominal, i put two 12cm fans in case.. (in addition to box cpu fan, and fan on gpu)

i'm not 100% sure on how O.C causes the game to freeze, my temp. were normal and i have lots of fans in my case plus i have a utility that would warn me if temp. goes up to 60 but when i reduced the freq. from 30%-13% the game ran just fine!

 

The game would freeze when i change from Nav. to Instrument Landing mode, i could still hear the sound and the pilot breathing!!
