can't buy BS with my debit card

I just tried and got a message I need to contact my bank. I tired to buy it off of steam with same result. So I contacted the bank, stupid employee couldn't explain why then told me to go to the main branch where I opened my account, but that one is on the opposite side of this island.

 

This is just effing great and really pissing me off to hell because now that I can afford to spend money on frivolous things for myself, for the first time in several years, my bank won't let me. I know they did this to protect their customers, which is a good thing, since credit card fraud is on a rampant epidemic in this country but arggh...!

 

Sorry for the rant but I'm really frustrated as hell. And no, no DCS BS sold any freaking where in this country.
