Unable to run the application due to integrity fault

Please i need some help !!!!!

when i launch LOMAC FC 2.0 i get this message :

 

Unable to run the application due to integrity fault of the Activation Key. Re-enter a valid Activation Key or re-activate the application.

If the error recurs, press "Error report" and send the report to product technical support.

 

I know that i did enter my VALID activation key and i still have some activation left, the thing is i can not even deactivate it :(

 

I send an email to the support service (twice) with a reporting, i never got an answer .....

 

PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEE
