combatace Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 I have the problem in running animations in my models in game. I set all the animations in max I even see to it that they work all correct but when I export them and run them in game none of the animations work. Can anyone help me on this? I'm using max 8. Pougatchev Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Do you have use correct arguments? Have you check the ED documentation about animation? If yes, i think the problem was very little and someone can help you /
combatace Posted October 4, 2010 Author Posted October 4, 2010 Arguments are correct. Don't know about ED docs, but will see if I can find it. Although I read the 'read me' that was with the plugins. Hope someone can help me. To support my models please donate to paypal ID: hp.2084@gmail.com https://www.turbosquid.com/Search/Artists/hero2084?referral=hero2084
OldCrow Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Could be that the animations didnt save to the arguments. To check this, in lower left of 3dsmax, you can set the argument you want to check. If you set this to forexample 3 and move the animation bar, ONLY the parts animated in argument 3 should move. If all parts move, the animations wasnt set correctly to their arguments. If no parts move, either you have no parts animated in this argument, or the parts that should have been animated in this argument have not been done correctly. Also check your settings for the animation bar. FPS should be 100, start time -100 and end time 100. When animating rotation movements, keep in mind that you need a key every 90* of movement in order for lockon to read it properly. I'm trying to as MerkavaII for Isreal, I already did it but m using M-1 model because my merkava model is not yet completed. And these animations are taking a lot out of me.
