argento Posted October 16, 2010 Author Posted October 16, 2010 After ONE WEEK im still waiting a response! WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT IS THIS?
KillaALF Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Maybe the confirmation email was flagged as spam by your email program, have you searched through your spam-folder? If you log in at http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com and click on "Payments" you should see your transaction containing your serial number as well as a link to set you up for the beta forum. Please be aware that this only works if you have the same email address registered for the DCS site and the forum.
argento Posted October 17, 2010 Author Posted October 17, 2010 No, nothing in the spam folder. the mail never arrived Thanks god the access to the forum is on the "download" page, i didnt see that because i downloaded A-10 BEFORE paying for it Please , send the confirmation mail again, i wany to keep a printed copy of that data
Panzertard Posted October 19, 2010 Posted October 19, 2010 http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=57556 You can find the serial number online. You can also contact support directly: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=58801 The mind is like a parachute. It only works when it's open | The important thing is not to stop questioning
