636_Castle Posted October 29, 2010 Author Posted October 29, 2010 So if I delete the software, I should get $60 back into my bank account right? Because my understanding is I paid for a product by prepurchasing it. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] How To Fix Your X-52's Rudder!

That fits what is going to happen a bit better , dont you think ? @No. There's no such return policy afaik. Correct , BUT if this was purchased under a credit card then the buyer can raise a dispute that the product was not a fit for the purpose it was bought for and get his money back. :)
swift Posted November 15, 2010 Posted November 15, 2010 How can you return a product that is not released yet? Eagle Dynamics kindly gives you access to the open beta in return for your generous pre-purchase. I'd like to see how do you explain that to your credit card company :mobile:
