Hello,

This may be a peculiarity with my system, but the mod seems to cause a conflict with other .LUA files. I came across it while watching the A-10 TrackIR demo track that came with the game. First off, no head movement appeared in the track (it just remained in default cockpit view) and, what really gave me the clue, TekaTeka's 'mint green' HUD color was gone, replaced with the standard green. When I removed the strobing lights mod with LOMAN, both problems dissappeared.

Thought I'd bring this to your attention since it might be causing some of the tracks to be replaying incorrectly. Hope this can be fixed, as I was in love with the original strobe mod in 1.02.

Good Luck!

Some of the changes that you've made (such as Teka's mint color) are part and parcel to the particular file that has the strobe mod in it. I went in carefully and pulled out the parts that make the lights strobe and added them to my existing setup. As for the tracks playing correctly, I've found that a stock config file is tantamount to the tracks playing back correctly. I have a stock Config folder in my LOMAC install that I rename until I have to watch a track. It's a pain but I have my snapviews, hud and views modified alot. So it's necessary.

Roger that. I remember back in 1.01/1.02 we ran into a problem where a realistic payload mod conflicted with track playback as well. Just something to keep in mind.

As a general note, I think mod-makers are going to be burdened with more careful testing of their work to ensure it doesn't conflict with other parts of the game. Or if it does, make sure to write up a disclamer and explainer as part of the Readme file.

Nothing against modders, love your work.
