Simped toe brakes and A10, WHat axis to map to?

I cannot for the life of my figure how to map the toe brakes for A10.

 

What have others done, I have the usb version and the rudder function s working, but i cannot get the toe brakes to work.

Have you tried double clicking on that box and it will bring up another interface. Then just press down on the toe brake repeatedly until it registers the toebrake?
