Purchased A-10C How can I get an FTP username and password so I can download it?

I Purchased A-10C over a month ago. I do not have a FTP username and password. How can I get an FTP username and password so I can download Beta Patch 3?

 

When I downloaded Beta 2 I didnt have to enter and FTP username and password.

 

I applied to the beta forum, a few days ago, using the same username and password I have at the main site, where I purchased it, but still have no access so please do not move this post or I cannot see replys to this post. That is, there is no Beta forum thread listed when I log on to the forum, under ED or anywhere else.

That message just means that the serverqueue is full, try a different server or try again later.
